Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Seller

The store trades as ROCKSHIRTS.MA and operates from Tangier, Morocco. Customer contact: support@rockshirts.ma and +212620163792.

2. Products and prices

We aim to show accurate descriptions, images, availability, and prices in Moroccan dirhams (DH). Screen colors and handmade or print details may vary slightly. A promotion applies only during its stated period. Delivery charges are shown before the order is placed.

3. Orders

Select the product, size, and quantity, complete the short checkout, review the summary, and press Place Order. The confirmation page means we received the order; we may still contact you to confirm availability, address, payment, or delivery. We may reject or cancel an order for stock, pricing, fraud-prevention, unreachable-customer, delivery-coverage, or unpaid-transfer reasons and will refund any payment received for that cancelled order.

4. Payment

Available methods are shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery is paid to the carrier. Bank Transfer orders remain pending until payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery

6. Withdrawal, returns, exchanges, and refunds

Where applicable, Moroccan distance-selling rules provide a seven-day withdrawal period. Conditions, exceptions, return steps, size exchanges, costs, and refund timing are explained in the Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

7. Customer responsibilities

You must provide a reachable WhatsApp phone, complete address, correct city, and correct size selection; review the summary before ordering; accept or pay for a correctly prepared order; and use products normally. Do not place false or abusive orders.

8. Problems and disputes

Contact us first with the order number so we can try to resolve the issue simply. These terms are governed by Moroccan law. If an amicable solution is not possible, the dispute may be referred to the competent Moroccan authority or court, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the product, price, payment, delivery, and these sale terms.
