Payment Policy

Cash on Delivery

Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay the amount shown in the order confirmation when the parcel is delivered. Please prepare the correct amount where possible.

Bank Transfer

When Bank Transfer is available, place the order first. The bank account and transfer reference instructions are then shown on the order confirmation page and in the order email. The order remains pending and is not prepared for dispatch until the payment is identified and confirmed. An unpaid order may be cancelled after the period stated in the instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible. Cash-on-delivery refunds are arranged by bank transfer or another method agreed with the customer. Processing time depends on the bank or payment provider.
