Seven-day withdrawal right
Where Morocco distance-selling rules apply, you may notify us that you are withdrawing from the purchase within seven days of receiving it. Legal exceptions may apply, including personalized or made-to-order goods. This policy does not reduce any mandatory consumer right.
Simple return or size exchange
- Contact us within seven days of delivery and share the order number and the item or size concerned.
- Wait for the return address and delivery instructions before sending anything.
- Pack the item securely and keep proof of dispatch.
For a size problem, tell us the size received and the size you need. We will reserve the replacement when stock is available.
Product condition
The product must be unworn, unwashed, clean, and in good condition, with tags and original packaging where reasonably possible. Trying on a shirt carefully is fine. We may refuse an item that is worn, washed, damaged, stained, altered, or missing parts.
Delivery costs
For a change of mind or size exchange, the customer normally pays the return and replacement delivery costs. If we sent the wrong product or the product arrived defective, Rockshirts pays the reasonable return and replacement delivery costs.
Refunds
After the returned item is inspected, an approved refund is sent using the original payment method when possible. Cash-on-delivery refunds are arranged by bank transfer or another agreed method. Original delivery fees may be deducted unless the product was wrong or defective. Bank and processing times can add several business days.
