Cities and serviceable areas across Morocco. Carrier coverage can change, and we will contact you if an address is outside the current service area.

Estimated timing

Usually 2–5 business days; remote areas may take longer. Times are estimates, not guarantees. Weekends, public holidays, weather, high order volumes, or carrier issues can add time.

Delivery fees

Free Delivery in Tangier. 35 DH delivery across Morocco. Delivery is separate from product prices. Select your city at checkout to see your exact fee before confirming..

Failed delivery

Please keep your WhatsApp phone available. If the carrier cannot reach you, a new attempt may be arranged. A second delivery fee may apply when an order is returned because the customer was unavailable or refused an order that was correctly prepared.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Check the name, phone, city, and full address before placing the order. Contact us immediately if something is wrong. Once the parcel is with the carrier, a correction may be delayed or require an extra fee.

Delayed or lost orders

Contact us with the order number if the estimated time has passed. We will check with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
