Your information, explained simply
This policy explains how ROCKSHIRTS.MA handles personal information in connection with the store, in line with Morocco Law 09-08.
Information we collect
- Your name
- Your phone or WhatsApp number
- Your delivery address and city
- Your email address when you provide it
- Order information, including products, band, size, quantity, price, payment and delivery status
- Messages you send to customer support
Why we use it
We use this information only for clear store purposes: processing and confirming orders, arranging delivery, providing customer support, handling payments, returns or refunds, preventing misuse, and meeting accounting or legal obligations.
Who may receive it
Information is used by ROCKSHIRTS.MA. Only the information needed for the task may also be shared with a delivery company or payment provider. We do not sell customer data.
Storage and deletion
Order and transaction records are normally kept for up to five years after the order is completed, or longer only where Moroccan law requires it. Support messages are normally kept for up to 24 months. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.
Processing outside Morocco
Some hosting, email, analytics, payment, or messaging providers may process data outside Morocco. When that happens, we will use appropriate contractual and security safeguards and complete any notification or authorization required by Law 09-08 and the CNDP.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, update, object to processing of, or delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law. Contact us using the buttons below and provide enough information to identify the relevant order. Requests are handled without charge within the periods required by Law 09-08. You may also contact the CNDP if you believe your rights have not been respected.
