Where do you currently deliver?

Tangier and its serviceable delivery areas. Carrier coverage can change, and we will contact you if an address is outside the current service area.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. Remote areas, weekends, public holidays, weather, high order volumes or carrier issues may add time.

Is cash on delivery available?

Yes. Choose Cash on Delivery when it is shown at checkout and pay the order total when the parcel is delivered.

How do I choose a T-shirt size?

Use the Size Guide and compare the garment measurements with a T-shirt you already own. Product pages also show the available sizes.

Can I exchange a size?

Eligible unworn, unwashed items in good condition can be exchanged. Contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and the size you need.

Can I request a band that is not listed?

Yes. Use the band request form and send the artist or band details. We will add the request to our list.

How should I wash a printed band T-shirt?

Follow the care instructions shown on the product page or label. When instructions allow, wash cold and inside out to help protect the print.
